Virtual Koru Meditation Class

Are you experiencing stress and anxiety? Interested in learning different skills to help manage these things? Join our Virtual Koru Meditation class specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.

To participate, you will be required to attend all 4 classes consecutively.
