APOE, TBI and voluntary alcohol consumption using the mouse IntelliCage

Dr. Klein is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Behavioral Medicine & Neurosciences at Duke University Medical Center and a Research Physiologist at the Durham VA Medical Center. She is also the Assistant Director of the Neuroscience Lab in the VISN6 MIRECC. She has over 20 years of experience studying the neurophysiological mechanisms of synaptic plasticity. With funding from the VA and the VISN6 MIRECC, her current work focuses on understanding the chronic effects of mild traumatic brain injury using preclinical models.
