Duke Microbiome Center Seminar Series: "Airway Microbial-Immune Relationships in Adult Asthma"

Description: The respiratory microbiome has been identified as a potentially prominent influence in airway immune homeostasis. However, our knowledge of the specific role of the airway microbiome in adult asthma is limited. Understanding the microbial-immune relationships that contribute to asthma pathogenesis and presentation will inform more precise diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
