[Online] Service of Lament and Healing Marking COVID-19 Pandemic Anniversary

Approximately one year ago, the COVID-19 pandemic began its rapid spread across the United States. In response, churches, universities, and schools suspended in-person activities and began the shift to online services and courses. We mark the anniversary of the pandemic in this brief service.

In this online service, we lament the things that we have lost-lives, incomes, stability-and pray for God's healing and restoration of ourselves, our communities, and our world. The prerecorded service includes prayers, a hymn, scripture readings, virtual anthems from the Chapel Choir, and a homily from Chapel Dean Luke A. Powery.
