NIH Applications: Partners & Practices, Tips & Tools
Sponsor(s): School of Medicine (SOM)
Targeted to faculty, but grant administrators and research staff, students, and fellows are also welcome.
Talk will identify key partners and their roles and responsibilities in developing applications to the NIH (and other sponsors), reinforce the abilities and limitations of Duke's technological systems for application preparation and submission, and provide tips and tools from an office that helps faculty with the equivalent of roughly 100 NIH R01 applications per year. Attendees will be asked to provide feedback to shape the frequency and content of presentations in this new series.
