Learn how your self-presentation impacts the impressions you leave with others, as well as your personal outcomes.You will learn techniques to overcome imposter syndrome and enable you to speak up with confidence, in the classroom and in professional meetings.This session will provide strategies to help you better leverage your talents and strengths to become more productive, accountable, and effective in your studies and career.

Facilitator Bio: Romy Weiss is a Career Transition & Certified Professional Coach and the CEO of NextSteps Coaching & Consulting LLC. Sheteaches adults how to build confidence and effectively communicate their story while leaning into their value. She helps professionalsclarify career goals, build confidence, advance their careers(climb that corporate ladder, break glass ceilings, develop strong leadership skills and get promotions) and land dream jobs.

Romy has more than two decades of business experience. She has an MBA from Temple University and a bachelor's degree inhuman development from Penn State University. She is also the mother of three teenagers and lives in Maine with her family.
