Are you stressed and frustrated with the recent events of COVID-19? Feeling depressed, anxious or scared? Join Expressive Writing Coach, John Evans, and the Duke Health Humanities Lab in a special online 6 week online workshop series of Expressive Writing. Research has shown that Expressive Writing helps by decreasing feelings of stress, anxiety, and rumination, while increasing levels of resilience.

This workshop is open for students, faculty, staff and the community.

Sessions will run every Friday (March 27 - May 1) from 12:30 - 2 PM EST.
