Justice and the Rule of Law: The Case of Constitutional Rights and Judicial Interpretation

The Provost's Initiative on Pluralism, Free Inquiry, and Belonging will host a roundtable discussion entitled "Justice and the Rule of Law: The Case of Constitutional Rights and Judicial Interpretation." This public event is part of the Deliberative Series on American Values, a multi-university collaboration between Davidson College, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Duke University that marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
