Introduction to Playful Pedagogy
This workshop introduces the concept of applying arts-based activities to a wide variety of learning goals across disciplines. Using basic principles and practices of improvisation, theater games, creative writing, music, dance, art, and object-play to enhance aspects of their undergraduate courses, participants will walk away with new tools, perspectives, and confidence in their own creativity. As always, no previous skill or experience in the arts is necessary to enjoy these session.
