UPGG Tuesday Seminar Series

The Raab lab is focused on understanding how chromatin remodelers are assembled and interact with the genome to impact gene regulation. Our current projects are aimed at the interaction between RNA-processing machinery and post-translational modifications on SWI/SNF. In addition, these complexes are frequently dysregulated in diseases such as cancer. In liver cancer, chromatin dysregulation is a driving event, and we aim to identify new therapeutic targets in this context using vitro and in vivo CRISPR screens.
