Diversify Your Plate takes this program a step further providing information and examples on the health benefits and taste of culturally diverse balanced meals. Our goal is to encourage students to learn, experience, and understand the benefits of culturally diverse cuisines. Balanced Eating.... is a global thing!

Join us on 10/12 at Sazon at the Brodhead Center and learn about how you can diversify the Latin American Plate!

This semester we are focusing on different cultural cuisine types and will offer examples of how to create a balanced plate for each culture cuisine type. Here are the cultural cuisine types that will be featured throughout the year: Latinx and Hispanic, Native American, East Asian, African, Asian American, and Pacific Islander.
