Mellon Visiting Professor Sebastián Carassai will open the final lecture of his course on The 1960s and 1970s in Argentina from Literature, Film, Journalism, Music, and the Academy to talk about how musicians in the 1980s reacted to the Argentinian dictatorship (1976-1983), especially Charly García, one of the founding "Fathers of Argentine Rock."
