Hatha Yoga in the Student Wellness Center
This class is a practice of Asana (physical movement), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Dhyana (meditation). Each class will include mindfulness & breath control techniques, warm-up movements to activate the body, a sequence of postures to maintain balance, flexibility, and strength, and finally a deep relaxation experience. This is a holistic practice to engage the body, mind, and spirit and strengthen our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
This session is offered Mondays from 2:00pm-2:50pm. | Starts January 24th | No class on January 17th
