NY Climate Exchange virtual town hall

As an affiliate partner in the New York Climate Exchange, Duke will host a virtual forum to share information about the Exchange with members of the Duke community. Open to all current Duke faculty, staff and students, this forum provides attendees with the opportunity to learn about (1) the history, structure, and vision of the NY Climate Exchange; (2) education, research, and outreach programs the Exchange is developing; and (3) how Duke will play a role in those programs. In addition to new programs that are expected to be developed as part of the Exchange, many programs already happening at Duke can (and are anticipated to) connect to the Exchange, so the forum will provide an opportunity to learn how ongoing programs at Duke can fit into the evolving vision for the Exchange. In this way, members of the Duke community can begin playing a role in the Exchange, even while the physical campus on Governors Island is being built. The physical campus is projected to open in 2028.
