2022 Legal Design Derby
During this day-long sprint, law students will use human-centered design principles to develop, refine, and present a prototype in teams of three or four. Final presentations of the developed idea will be reviewed by a panel of judges at the Solutions Showcase, and monetary prizes awarded to the top teams. For promising ideas, participants may receive financial support, academic credit, mentoring, and other resources in Spring 2023 to explore, build and implement their idea. The Legal Design Derby is open to all North Carolina law school students and is co-hosted by Duke Center on Law & Tech and North Carolina Central University Technology Law and Policy Center. Event held at NCCU's New Student Center. For more information, contact Kelli Raker at email@example.com or visit https://sites.law.duke.edu/legaldesign/.
