Wednesday, May 27, 2026
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Juliessa Pavon, PhD

Artificial intelligence (AI) models have shown promise in improving prediction and decision-making in healthcare, yet translating these tools into routine clinical practice remains challenging. This talk will share lessons learned from implementing AI-enabled interventions across real-world clinical workflows. Key barriers, including data integration with EHRs, clinician trust and adoption, and patient engagement, will be discussed alongside practical strategies to address them. The session will offer a real-world perspective on moving from model development to clinical impact.
