Learn Neurographic Art - PhD Student Mindfulness
Pratt PhD students are invited to discover the calming of Neurographic Art in a hands-on tutorial designed to quiet the mind and spark creativity. Anna Batsakes from DUKE LIVE FOR LIFE will teach simple techniques that turn lines and shapes into a meditative, expressive artwork, no art experience needed.
Neurographic Art is a mindful drawing practice using continuous lines, shapes, and color to help reduce stress, and encourage emotional balance. The process is intuitive and relaxing, making it accessible to everyone.
