Duke Chorale Holiday Concert with Durham School of the Arts
Celebrate the season with the warmth and wonder of music at the Duke Chorale's Annual Holiday Concert, directed by Allan Friedman. This festive evening features uplifting choral selections from around the world, all centered on themes of life, peace, and light-perfect for the spirit of the holidays. The Duke Chorale will be joined by special guests from the Durham School of the Arts, under the direction of Jeremy Nabors, adding youthful energy and harmony to the program. The Chorale will also be joined by young players from the Duke University String School.
The evening begins with a beautiful organ prelude by Anna Brusoe at 6:40 PM, setting a reflective and joyful tone for the concert.
Admission is a gift from the heart: please bring one new or gently used children's book to support Book Harvest, a local nonprofit dedicated to promoting literacy and providing books to children in our community.
