Camille Bordas is a novelist and short story writer. Her fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, Harper's Magazine, and The Paris Review, among others. Bordas started publishing novels in French (her mother tongue) before moving to America. She has since published two novels in English: How to Behave in a Crowd (2017) and The Material (2024). Her first short story collection, One Sun Only, is forthcoming from Random House in January 2026.
