The RNA-Protein Interaction Code: Motifs, Interfaces, and Evolution

My lab leverages genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and molecular interaction data, in combination with computational modelling, to elucidate mechanisms of gene function and regulation in normal and cancerous cells. We also seek to understand processes that underlie their development and evolution. Many of our contributions have a machine learning methodology development aspect. A key focus of the lab builds on my extensive experience in gene regulation and RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) in particular.
