Cancer Treatment Centers of America Info Session

The Management Fellowship is a two year leadership acceleration program based at Cancer Treatment Centers of America's corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. During the Fellowship, you will be trained in analytic problem-solving, mentored by senior executives, and given the opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities. You will work on teams in a variety of business functions such as hospital operations, clinical strategy, and business development, and will present your analyses and insights to senior executives to drive enterprise initiatives. Based on project need, you may also travel to CTCA hospitals in Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Tulsa. At the end of the Fellowship, you will be fully equipped to transition into a leadership position with a focus on growth and innovation.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial self-starters who are open to taking risks and solving complex problems. These candidates also work well in a collaborative and fast paced setting.

Background in healthcare is not required!
