According to the National Institute of Mental Health, public speaking anxiety (or glossophobia) affects nearly three-quarters of us. During this workshop, you will learn the how to manage anxiety and energy before and during a presentation, including tips for reducing your anxiety, ways you can allow your energy to help you, and the necessity of practice. You should leave this workshop with tools for managing your presentation energy and realizing the benefits of practice.
