Speaker Bio: Kandyce Kindell is a Supply Chain Management Professional with 13 years of industry experience coaching teams, leading projects, and maximizing efficiencies. She is the Operations Director for Durham-based startup Carpe, which manufactures a revolutionary anti-perspirant. Previously she was Transportation Manager with PlyGem, where she oversaw scheduling/routing functions for US PlyGem windows. The scope of her work included 11 inbound & outbound freight for 11 manufacturing locations across the U.S.

Previously she was supply chain manager with Performance Bicycle and she worked in supply chain and logistics roles for seven years with Anheuser-Busch InBev. She has a BS in chemical engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology and she is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Kandyce actively volunteers in her community.
