Culture Active's extensive resource of more than 100 National Cultural profiles draws on decades of research and fieldwork, supplemented by regular feedback from cross-culture professionals working on the ground globally.

Facilitator Bio: Bridget Fletcher is the Director of Communication and Intercultural Programs for graduate students at the Pratt School of Engineering. Bridget oversees English as a Second Language courses and programs as well as intercultural workshops and initiatives. She also teaches KORU mindfulness and meditation to graduate students at Pratt. Bridget received her BA from NC State University where she studied sociology and her MA from Duke University where she focused on intercultural communication and completed a master's project that examined Chinese student acclimation in graduate school in the US. Bridget is the author of Jiao Shi to Classroom: Preparing for Success in the American Graduate School Classroom, a guidebook specifically for Chinese students preparing to come to the US for graduate school. Bridget received her English as a Second Language teaching certification from Duke.
