Celebrate National Honey Month and chat with Marketplace Chef Sebastian Marcet while enjoying a sampling of Teiglach, "little dough balls" boiled in honey syrup served with bing cherries and apricot and toasted sesame seeds!

This traditional Ashkenazi dessert is mostly associated with the High Holiday of Rosh Hashanah where honey and dried fruit are served to wish guests a sweet new year. Sebastian will also be preparing this treat at the Freeman Center on Tuesday, September 11th for the final day of Rosh Hashanah!
