Documentary Studies Undergraduate Capstone Projects

In 2018-2019, 15 students (14 from Duke University and 1 from North Carolina Central University) will receive the Certificate in Documentary Studies, a program that attracts undergraduates to the Center for Documentary Studies from across the arts and sciences.

Following lunch on the CDS front porch, many of the Certificate graduates will present their work to a public audience. Under the guidance of Nancy Kalow and Christopher Sims, the students completed their final projects in a Capstone Seminar (either in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019) as the culmination of their documentary studies classes. The schedule goes as follows:
