Conversations with Alumni: Dr. Jason Smith

Please join us for a "Conversations with Alumni" event with Dr. Jason Smith, Director of Life Sciences at IP Group in Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Smith will give a seminar on Friday, March 6th at 12:00pm in Schiciano Auditorium Side A and lunch will be available from 11:30am.

Dr. Smith obtained his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering here at Duke and has held a variety of positions in the medtech industry, and is currently focused on bridging the gap between university research and business. IP Group is a leading intellectual property commercialization company which focuses on evolving great ideas, mainly from its partner universities, into world-changing businesses. Dr. Smith has been with IP Group since 2014 and leads the Life Sciences team in North America.
