Duke faculty, instructors, and educators in nursing are invited to register for an in-person continuing education workshop designed to increase knowledge of simulation pedagogy and evidence-based best practices central to sim-based educational activities, the role and three phases of debriefing for knowledge transfer, the concept of psychological safety in pre-briefing and debriefing, eliciting learner frames to discover and close performance gaps, and incorporating feedback and coaching conversations into debriefing.
