Earthfest 2023: Accessing a Sustainable Earth

Environmental Alliance is excited to host Earthfest 2023: "Accessing a Sustainable Earth" which aims to educate Duke students about sustainability and accessibility as concepts and practice. As college students it can be hard to lead a sustainable lifestyle or even know what sustainability really means. Our goal is to show creative, innovative, equitable, and simple ways that students can take steps to incorporate sustainability in their day-to-day lives and educate them on what sustainability can look like in academia, the workplace, and beyond. To celebrate this theme, we will be highlighting groups on campus that are doing the work to make Duke, Durham and our world a more sustainable and accessible place.

Earthfest will take place on the Bryan Center Plaza from 12pm-4pm on April 21st and will feature tabling, food, and other giveaways. Join us to explore, learn about, and contribute to Duke students' accessing a sustainable Earth.
