Visit symposium website for more information. ** SHARED TABLES: A Triangle Symposium on Global and Local Food Studies will provide a forum for local and global experts to explore key issues related to food studies in an inter-disciplinary academic and community gathering. The symposium is organized by the Triangle University Food Studies Working Group, with support from multiple Duke & UNC co-sponsors. The event will take place on Feb 28 at UNC (FedEx Global Education Center) and Feb 29 at Duke (Von Canon Rooms, Bryan Center).
