"Duke Activists Collaborating in Training (A.C.T.) is a two-day retreat that aims to build leadership skills and tools for social justice activism. Participants will learn more about how to enact social change and conduct activism in the setting of a college campus, and more specifically Duke and Durham.

Activities include: a guest speaker, activist training workshops with different identity centers on campus (the Women's Center, Center for Multicultural Affairs, Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity), and networking opportunities with various student leaders at Duke.

Duke ACT is not only educational and productive, but also a ton of fun! Memories and lessons from the retreat carry through your time at Duke.

Retreat dates: Evening of Friday, November 20 to evening of Saturday, November 21.
