Moog Pop-up Factory at the PPG

The Moog Pop-up Factory is coming to the Power Plant Gallery!

The Moogfest2016 free community programming at the Power Plant Gallery will include the art installation Global Synthesizer Project by Yuri Suzuki, a sound artist, designer and electronic musician who produces work that explores the realms of sound through exquisitely designed pieces.

In addition, workshops are available for kids and adults, alike. Learn the fundamentals of synthesis and analog circuity. For the full line up of workshops, and to sign-up, please go to the PPG website at: http://powerplantgallery.com/project/moog/.

Moogfest celebrates the legacy of Bob Moog, a visionary engineer who pioneered the analog synthesizer and other technology tools used by artists like Stevie Wonder, David Bowie, and Kraftwerk.

The Power Plant Gallery will have special hours while Moogfest is in town: Monday, May 16-Sunday, May 22, 2016, from 10am-6pm.
