Walk on the Wild Side: Asters

Join horticulture staff and volunteers of the Blomquist Garden of Native Plants on a walk around the Blomquist Garden of Native Plants to learn about connections between people, plants and place. Each month will feature a different seasonal topic related to gardening with native plants. The September walk will focus on the aster family.
Fee: $10; 20% discount for Duke Gardens members with discount code. Parking fees apply.
Location: Meet at the gatehouse entrance to the Blomquist Garden of Native Plants (B2 on the map)
Accessibility: This will be a small group program that takes place outdoors, and participants will travel on a combination of paved and unpaved paths with some uneven surfaces and moderate inclines.
