Award-winning author Geoff Dyer will discuss and sign copies of his new book on Garry Winogrand, which follows in the tradition of John Szarkowski's classic book on photographer Eugene Atget. In "The Street Philosophy of Garry Winogrand," Dyer's one hundred essays respond to one hundred of the legendary street photographer's images. Dyer is this year's commencement speaker for Duke University's MFA in Experimental and Documentary Arts program.
