Workplace bullying is, unfortunately, a problem in many organizations. Recognizing and employing strategies to address and avoid workplace bullying will be a valuable skill for students entering the professional workforce. In this interactive session, students will participate in an engaging learning opportunity addressing: 1) Recognizing workplace bullying, 2) Strategies for dealing with bullying conduct, 3) Monitoring one's own behavior in the workplace, & 4) Employing conflict resolution strategies in a professional setting.

Amy Circosta is a passionate advocate for equal opportunity and just processes. She has over fifteen years of experience in the field of equal opportunity, inclusion and diversity.
