OIT Learn IT @ Lunch - Sites@Duke: Getting Started

Ever wanted to have a web presence for yourself or your department but weren't sure where to start? Sites@Duke is a service open to all Duke staff, faculty and students which lets you create a WordPress site for free. In this course, we will cover how to create your site and some basic options you can use to customize the look and feel, as well as plugins you can enable to extend the functionality of the site. Learn IT @ Lunch is an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A. No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis or feel free to connect in remotely as part of a pilot (fall 2019).
