Bach Cantata Series at Duke Chapel

This year's series focuses on themes of salvation and redemption. It includes cantatas by Johann Sebastian and Johann Christoph Bach, George Frideric Handel, Michael Praetorius, and Mikolaj Zielenski. Soloists include Andrea Edith Moore, Molly Quinn, Tamsin Simmill, Daniel Shirley, Tony Boutteé, James Reese, and David Newman. Duke Bach Ensemble and Mallarmé Chamber Players are directed by Dr. Philip Cave.

This evening's program includes BWV 22 Jesus nahm zu sich die Zwölfe, BWV 156 Ich steh' mit einem Fuß im Grabe, and BWV 166 Wo gehest du hin.
