Organ Recital Series: Christopher Jacobson
Chapel Organist and Divinity School Organist at Duke, Christopher Jacobson, FRCO, has presented organ recitals in North America, Europe, and Australia, and he records for the Dutch label Pentatone. A GRAMMY-nominated artist in collaboration with the South Dakota Chorale in their recording of Marcel Tyberg's Masses, he has performed the complete organ works of J. S. Bach and Maurice Duruflé across the United States. His recital this year, performed on the Aeolian organ, is titled "Credo: I Believe" and will feature Marcel Dupré's Symphonie-Passion, Op. 23.
