Join us for a Nutrition Workshop on East Campus. Want to learn more about the intermittent fasting trend? Hear about the research on this topic for weight loss and how these regimens are hypothesized to influence metabolic regulation. Information will be followed by a Q&A, as time allows. "Carb-loading", and balancing nutrition with your workouts will also be discussed. Meet in Room 210 at the Bivins Building.
