Four person panel about identifying as queer and as an engineer and how these two identities intersect within the confines of academia and industry. Panelists will share their experiences as identifying as queer within the engineering fields, any hardships or perceived biases they have experiences, and ultimately where they believe improvement can begin to making a more inclusive environment within academia, industry and the broader STEM community.
