World AIDS Day Panel Discussion

We will be hosting a panel discussion on HIV/AIDS-related challenges in medicine, research, and policy spheres, featuring distinguished Duke faculty members as panelists, including:

Carolyn McAllaster, JD, Colin W. Brown Clinical Professor of Law, Founder of the Duke HIV/AIDS Policy Clinic and the Duke AIDS Legal Project, and Director of the Southern HIV/AIDS Strategy Initiative (SASI).

Mehri McKellar, MD, Associate Professor of Medicine and Infectious Disease Specialist, Director of Duke PrEP Clinic for HIV Prevention, and Faculty Advisor for "Know Your Status."

Sherryl Broverman, PhD, Associate Professor of the Practice in Biology and Global Health, Co-Founder and Chair of the Women's Institute for Secondary Education and Research (WISER).

Kent Weinhold, PhD, Joseph W. and Dorothy W. Beard Professor of Surgery, Professor of Immunology, and Director of the Duke CFAR.
