Duke Dance Marathon

What is Duke Dance Marathon you ask? It is a year long initiative to raise money for Duke's Children's Hospital, culminating in an 5 hour long money-raising, performance-watching, free-pizza-eating marathon on February 22nd! This event benefits the patients of Duke Children's Hospital. Students will stand, dance and have the time of their life, while making a difference. Standing for so many hours symbolizes both the physical and emotional challenges the patients at Duke Children's Hospital experience every day. We dance for those who can't. The money we raise helps fund essential research, equipment and education for the patients.
