Open Discussion: Virtual Civic Engagement Courses Online or Hybrid. Spring feedback and plans for Fall

Join us for an open discussion with colleagues about online or hybrid courses with a civic engagement component for fall 2020. The session will begin with a brief presentation by Jennifer Hill, Trinity Office of Assessment, summarizing student feedback data from Spring 2020 about civic engagement and service-learning courses. Following the presentation, the remainder of the session will be open discussion and idea-sharing for fall 2020 plans, facilitated by several colleagues from Duke Service-Learning: David Malone, Joan Clifford, and Amy Anderson. The session is designed for those who have taught and/or will be teaching civic engagement courses in a flexible (online or hybrid) format and would like to connect with colleagues teaching similar courses.
