Advancement and Promotion

Join experienced colleagues and peers to learn about the reappointment and promotion process for different types of non-tenure track faculty, and take advantage of the resources and opportunities for growth and advancement. The workshop will cover a number of topics, including the variability of standards according to disciplines for evaluating progress, teaching, research or administrative excellence; the impact of COVID-19 on research and teaching; and the types of biases that may potentially impact promotion and ways to mitigate them.
