Experience Engineering Marvels: Take the Train to Raleigh

Duke Civil & Environmental Engineering invites you to experience some engineering marvels - including a train ride!

We will meet at the Durham Amtrak Station (601 West Main Street) at 9:20 am on Saturday, Feb. 3, and then head to Raleigh and watch the film "Dream Big" on the IMAX at the Marbles museum.

Then, you can explore the downtown area of North Carolina's state capital (great restaurants, museums and attractions). We will catch the train back to Durham around 5 pm (arriving back in Durham at 5:51 pm).

Cost for the train and movie are only $10!

This experience is open to Duke students, faculty and staff.
