University of Houston engineering professor Jose Contreras-Vidal, Ph.D., and artist Dario Robleto will give a talk about the biological mechanisms that allow humans to engage with visual art, music, dance and other artistic disciplines. They will discuss their work in neuroaesthetics and their research that used mobile EEGs to track brain waves of museum visitors. Refreshments provided.
