Guided Meditations in the Wellness Center
This wellness experience allows you to learn a new skill or continue your practice as you relax more and worry less while coming together with the greater Duke community. Each session is guided by a facilitator.
On Tuesdays we lead a Guided Sound Mediation. If you're used to using your breath as an "anchor" for your meditation, this is a chance to use the experience of sound to focus your awareness, instead.
Sessions are held:
Every Monday from 11:00 - 11:50am
Every Tuesday from 11:00 - 11:50am
Every Wednesday from 12:00 - 12:50pm
Location: Room 148 of Student Wellness Center behind the pharmacy on the first floor.
Open to all Duke Students, faculty, and staff.
