Contour Line Drawing: Sketching Items Around the House

Come learn how to make quick and beautiful drawings using the contour line technique. Gather several sheets of paper and three different colored drawing implements - could be pens, pencils, markers, crayons - whatever you have around. In the class we will create quick drawings of objects and our hands using the blind contour technique. Next we will create a longer form drawing of a room in our home using contour lines and the site measuring technique for proportions. At the end of the class you will have several quick drawings and one or two more finished pieces.
