PNC Real Estate Banking is a leading provider of capital and financial services for public and private commercial real estate owners, developers and investors across the U.S. Our capabilities include acquisition, construction and permanent financing for all property types for developers and investors as well as traditional banking services such as cash management, interest rate risk management, capital markets solutions, foreign exchange, personal wealth management and institutional investments. PNC Real Estate Banking Relationship managers focus on growing and maintaining client relationships with commercial real estate companies. All associates hired into Real Estate Banking will be a part of the C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business, this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB-specific classroom training that is both soft-skill and technical. The goal of PNC's Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC's lines of business.
