The Piedmont Naturalist: Winter Plant Folkways

Celebrate the botanical, culinary, medicinal and gardening traditions of the Piedmont in this online class led by Justin Robinson, a forest ecologist, cultural preservationist and historic foodways expert with an M.S. in forestry and environmental science from North Carolina State University. Justin will focus on plants and practices from a variety of perspectives, people and communities.
